"VW of Rome has a great staff. They are always willing to schedule me when convenient. They explain what's going on with my car, what it will take to fix it, etc. They are very thorough. If it was any other way, our family would not have 4 VWs from Volkswagen of Rome. On a scale from 1-10, VW of Rome is definitely off the chart. I would recommend buying from them in an instant, and have to two of my friends as well. I believe that they have balanced the convenience and customer service of a small town dealership combined with the expertise and excellence of a large, big time dealership."
